Our crocheted item has been also HANDMADE, size and pattern position may vary slightly as every item is unique.

We ship all orders from Otago, New Zealand. Via NZ post service.

All orders are dispatched 2 business days, excluding public holidays & weekends. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

NEW ZEALAND

Flat rate $5 courier within NZ (1-3 business days)

** Please note, extra 2-3 business days for rural addresses.

 JAPAN

All Japanese shipping rate ¥1500

(Via International Courier NZ Post / Local JP Post)

** Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for parcel delivery.  

REST OF THE WORLD

International orders will be shipped Via DHL or International Courier NZ Post.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country being delivered too and will be calculated at checkout.

 We have 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or store credit.

The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for return :

• The item is returned original condition (Unused, unworn with packaging intact and original labels attached)
• The item is returned within 7 days of being received by you
