Refund policy
RETURN
We have 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or store credit.
To start a return, please contact customer service via email yurikafromont1009@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return request is accepted, you will then be required to send the item back to us at your own cost. Return postage will not be covered by Dreamlike Tree, unless an item is deemed as faulty. We recommend to always track your items with a tracking system as we do not take responsibility for any returns lost in transit. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for return :
- The item is returned original condition (Unused, unworn with packaging intact and original labels attached)
- The item is returned within 7 days of being received by you
** Please note, we do not refund for change of minds, please insure you choose your items carefully.
REFUND
We will notify you once we’re received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund / store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your payment method or issues a gift card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit company to process the refund.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
