Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

We ship all orders from Otago, New Zealand. Via NZ post service.

All orders are dispatched 2 business days, excluding public holidays & weekends. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

NEW ZEALAND

Flat rate $5 courier within NZ (1-3 business days)

** Please note, extra 2-3 business days for rural addresses.

 

JAPAN

We have a partnership with a Japanese shipping agency to make the shipping cost as low as possible.

All Japanese shipping rates ¥1500 (Via International Courier NZ Post / Local JP Post)

** Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for parcel delivery.

 

REST OF THE WORLD

International orders will be shipped Via DHL or International Courier NZ Post.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country being delivered too and will be calculated at checkout.
